NyRock Frame Slab 032 is a semi-rigid stone wool insulation slab that offers excellent thermal insulation properties with a low thermal conductivity of 0.032 W/mK, making it a perfect solution for use between the studwork of external timber or light gauge steel frame walls. The product is specifically designed to meet and exceed thermal building regulations, providing an optimised density and performance. It is manufactured using patented technology that creates a more efficient fibre structure, which increases the density of air pockets trapped within each slab. This results in improved thermal performance when compared to traditional stone wool products.
